Control of processes and progress at the end of the year 1.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Revalidation of the certification after 2 years, on site.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 2\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 2\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 2\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">Skills acquired through certification<\/h3>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">1) Commitment of responsible bodies<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\nAll persons occupying a decision-making position at the highest level and representative of the entity shall be considered as responsible bodies.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">2) Financial organization<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\nAcademic institutions will define a realistic budget adapted to the implementation of the guiding principles and related mechanisms.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">3) Integrity Program Team<\/span><\/strong><br \/>\nChanging the habits and processes of an academic institution cannot be imposed. The team will be constituted on the basis of the complementarity of the profiles that the situation calls for.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>4) Development of academic integrity charters<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nThe charters for students, teachers and researchers will describe prevention and information measures in terms of integrity and the institution&#8217;s specific mechanisms.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>5) Internet and external communication<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nAwareness leads to understanding, acceptance and conviction. Communication will be the first step.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>6) Control with and without specialized software<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nThe software will be a preventive aid. They will be part of the functionalities that institutions will have to rely on.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>7) Teacher and student training<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nThe policy to combat fraud and plagiarism should provide organisation of ad hoc training for researchers and students.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>8) Set up and conduct commissions of inquiry<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nRefer to the specific certification.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><strong>9) Establish a sanctions grid<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nSanctions will be defined in relation to the extent of fraud and\/or plagiarism.
