Revalidation of certification after 3 years.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">Skills acquired through certification<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">1) Define the texts to be analyzed<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nThe list of texts relating to reported plagiarism is not exhaustive. Once the plagiarists&#8217; mode of operation is detected in one text, it is easily recognized in all other writings.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">2) The choice of samples analyzed in a text<\/span><\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nReliability, validity and robustness: samples will be representative of the entire text from which they are extracted.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>3) Use of detection software<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nThey will not be able to detect all cases of plagiarism, but they will provide useful leads for expert reports.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>4) The production of comparative tables<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nThe three-column tables present excerpts from parallel texts. It will compare extracts from the plagiarized text with extracts from the source texts and comments.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>5) Qualification of the operating mode<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nThe procedures and clues relating to the intentionality of plagiarism will be qualified in one or more of the 4 types of the Institute&#8217;s taxonomy.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>6) The ten consequences of plagiarism<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nReferring to the ten consequences identified by the Institute, the expert will draw up a list of those to which the expert&#8217;s case relates.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>7) Identification of harm<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nDetermine the formal damages: to the plagiarist&#8217;s victims, to the reader who suffers a violation of his fundamental right of access to the origin of the sources, to the organization (public image), etc.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>8) Establish reparation measures<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nAnnounce the associated responsibilities in the event of deviant conduct: alleged negligence or complicity.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0000ff; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>9) Propose remedial measures<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nSuggested actions will be proportionate to the facts of uncovered plagiarism, the contextual circumstances of the conduct disclosed and the fundamental principles of fairness.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row padding_top=&#8221;25&#8243; padding_bottom=&#8221;25&#8243;][vc_column][vc_column_text] Referent: Michelle Bergadaa\u0300 Method: 1 day of training in Geneva, analysis of remote test files, Interaction with IRAFPA experts.
