This IRAFPA training program, which is internal to an institution or academic establishment, is carried out at the request of its managers.

Objectives
To strengthen the capacity of professors who teach integrity to deliver impactful and engaging training on ethical standards in higher education.
To equip participants with advanced knowledge of academic integrity, ethical dilemmas, and institutional norms.
To develop participants’ skills in adult learning methodologies, communication strategies, and handling challenging discussions.
To foster a network of trainers committed to promoting academic integrity in Montenegrin higher education institutions.

Target audience
The trainers will primarily deliver specialized training to appointed members of ethical bodies across higher education institutions, serving as both an induction and a refresher course.

Training Approach and Methodology
The training will adopt an interactive and participatory approach, combining:
Expert lectures and discussions by leading scholars in academic integrity.
Case study analysis and real-world applications.
Group exercises and peer learning sessions.
Practical micro-teaching sessions with feedback.
Customization of training approaches for participants context.

Certificate
A “Train-the-Trainers” certificate issued by IRAFPA attesting to the skills acquired is given to participants at the end of the session.

Michelle Bergadaà is a Professor Emeritus, University of Geneva (Switzerland), President of the International Institute of Research and Action on Fraud and Plagiarism in Academia (IRAFPA) which she founded in 2016.
Paulo Peixoto, Pro-rector of the University of Coimbra, Professor associate to the Faculty of Economics, University of Coimbra (Portugal), IRAFPA Board since 2016.
